I went to Salon Rouge for a laser hair removal consultation, and returned 3 weeks later for treatment (face). Everyone there is so nice and accepting. My first time there, I was actually delivering a package. I asked for a brochure, and I was kindly given one. As a delivery driver, I dress as a "working person". Despite this, no one even batted an eye. I thought that I was going to be looked down upon because I didn't match a certain esthetic.
I had my consultation with two aestheticians. They did a great job at describing the procedure and what to expect in terms of pain, post-treatment, and how to prep for my sessions. Caroline did a great job with my 1st session. I was nervous because I had never had anything like this done before, the closest, waxing, I guess. She did a great job of addressing my additional questions, and just really training me on the process. She was very gentle with the application of the pre-treatment gel, and worked with me on the strength of the laser because I wasn't quite ready for it. She reminded me of my post-treatment procedures and we scheduled our next appointment.
Overall, I give this establishment a 5-star rating.
